Ms. Smith is the heart and leader of OV’s Angels on Earth Child Development, Inc., bringing decades of expertise and dedication to her role as Director. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW), she has built an extensive career as a Parent Educator and Children’s Mental Health Case Manager, specializing in family support and early childhood development. Her vision and passion are rooted in her belief that every child deserves a nurturing and inclusive environment to thrive. Drawing on her background in social work and education, Ms. Smith ensures that the program is not only a safe space for children but also a resourceful partner for families in the community.
